There's no virus in this file! McAfee among others are not the most reliable AV's for accuracy. I've been dealing with cracks/patches for many years and have seen more FALSE positives than you can shake a stick at.

AVG says there is a Vundo inside. That means, that crack is no good. Need to check other sourses
